• Fire alarm, voice evacuation & public address system.
• Plumbing system including soil & waste water drain, domestic, hot & cold water, RO water systems.
• Steam boilers, Hot water generators, solar water heaters & complete piping for the steam & hot water.
• Yard drainage, storm water drain, grease traps etc.
• CCTV, Access / parking control, rodent control & BMS.
• Water treatment & sewage / effluent treatment plant capacity design.
• Generating the water balance & ensuring zero discharge system.
• Lighting design for inner space, façade &landscape lighting.

PROJECT EXECCUTION

• Awarding the contracts & issuance of LOI & the W.O. Deployment of appropriate project management team.
• Periodic monitoring / reporting to owners on slips / advances & execution work of the project at ground level with hard core project team.
• Co-ordination with architects, structural designers, engineering consultants & interior architects on day to day basis to ensure flow of data / drawings & technical details right in time to concerned persons.
• Expert advice in engineering design for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire- fighting, network design and Electronic security and control systems during the course of project.
• Procurement and scheduling of purchase of engineering machinery. Installation support, commissioning & handover of Ready to move in property to client.
• Support for the maintenance & up-keeping of the property
